GENERAL
• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
• I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my portfolio for any reason. I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs.
• You may not claim my work as your own.✔ WILL DRAW: fanart, OCs, ships (canon x canon, oc x canon, oc x oc, yumeships), and more
✖ WILL NOT DRAW: NSFW/R18+, real people, furries, mechs, gore, offensive/discriminatory works, or any other content that I may find uncomfortablePAYMENTS
• Full payment upfront, unless otherwise discussed.
• I can refund 100% of the payment on a commissioner's cancelation request only if I have not started working on the commission.
• I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
• If the commissioner violates the terms of service, I reserve the right to cancel the commission with no refund.REVISIONS
• Adjustments within reason can be requested at different stages of the commission, depending on the commission type.
• The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.
• You are not allowed to edit, modify, or commission someone other than me to edit the commissioned artwork, unless otherwise stated or discussed.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• The stated turn around times on my services are for AFTER the commissioner pays.
• I may deliver faster than my stated turn around times, however it is not guaranteed.
• For a guaranteed faster delivery time and earlier deadline, a +50-100% rush fee is required.
• Giving feedback and asking for revisions is the client responsibility; if there is no feedback within 7 days of a WIP being sent, you understand that you are missing the revision period, and I will be moving on with the commission. I am not responsible for any delays to the final product caused by delays during each revision period.
• You are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.USE
• Personal Use / Non-commercial Use
• If you need commercial use but there is no question about commercial use in the service form, and commercial use is not stated to be included in the base price, please ask me.
• For services not specifically intended for streaming and branding, commercial use for streaming purposes may be up to 100% of the price, though there may be no additional cost depending on the service, and can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
• Use for other digital commercial purposes (such as selling digital merchandise, commercial projects, etc) is +100~200% of the commission price, to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
• No commercial use for physical merchandise. (Personal merch OK)
• Credit to me is required when you post or use it on another platform.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I have the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media / public gallery and use is as commission samples unless you pay an extra privacy fee (varies per service).
• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Do not upload it to any AI sites.
