• I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason. I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs.

• Full payment upfront.
• I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the commission.
• I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
• If you wish for your commission to be private, you must pay an extra privacy fee.REVISIONS
• Adjustments within reason can be requested at different stages of the commission, depending on the commission type.
• The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.
• You are not allowed to edit, modify, or commission someone other than me to edit the commissioned artwork.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Any specific deadlines will be discussed. Otherwise, I will provide an estimated turn-around time (usually between 2-4 weeks), and let you know if there are any delays.
• You are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide. I will keep a copy available for 6 months after the commission is complete.
• A watermarked, low-resolution version of the commissioned piece will also be provided for you to post.USE

• Credit to me is required when you post or use it on another platform.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
